Pork Shoulder (Ham), Macaroni, Green Beans and Yams

You have got to make this meal! I am telling you I really took my time and cooked this meal. The pork shoulder was soft, the macaroni had two cheeses in it, the green beans had flavor and the yams ooh my goodness so tasty.
